Spoiler alert: All I ever lost was time, money, energy, memories, experiences and a lot of self worth.

Finally, I chose to break the cycle and heal my food and body image issues.

I’m an intuitive eating + body image health coach.

It is my life’s mission to help women break up with diet culture & negative body beliefs so that they experience genuine health, happiness, peace, freedom and confidence in their lives, and in the bodies they have today. 

Diet culture and unrealistic body standards have f*cked up our lives, mental + emotional health, and self worth for too long and it's time to change that.

As a coach, I take a comprehensive mind + body approach to helping you heal your food AND body image struggles, because they are interconnected! You can’t truly heal one without addressing, exploring and healing the other.
